Who publishes this site

ScrollFix publishes these guides to help people understand its app and the choices available for more intentional Instagram and YouTube use. ScrollFix is developed by Shayaan Jagtap. We sell a subscription and have a commercial interest in the product.

Sources and scope

Product descriptions draw on the current app listing and our published product policies. Platform instructions link to the platform’s own documentation where available. A guide’s publication date is not a claim that every account, device, or third-party interface was independently tested.

Our comparison of app-control approaches is not a ranking of tested competing products. We do not present a publisher-supplied feature claim as an independent review.

Research and estimates

The Research page identifies its sources and limitations. We do not treat associations in research as proof that ScrollFix produces a clinical benefit. Calculators show arithmetic based on the reader’s assumptions, not measured results.

Updates and corrections

Platform interfaces can change. If you find an inaccurate instruction or a feature that behaves differently, email support@scrollfixapp.com with the page address and a description. Leave out passwords, verification codes, and private account content.
