This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Scroll Fix app or website. Scroll Fix does not require a Scroll Fix account. We may use limited diagnostics and product telemetry to operate, understand, and improve Scroll Fix.

Information stored on your device

The app stores preferences, onboarding status, reminder choices, and any time-saved estimates you enter or generate. Instagram and YouTube sessions are kept in separate WebKit website-data stores on your device. Scroll Fix does not copy your passwords, authentication cookies, private messages, browsing history, or page content to a Scroll Fix server.

Diagnostics and product telemetry

Scroll Fix may collect limited technical and product-usage information, such as app and device environment details, feature interactions, and crash or error information. We use this information to keep the app reliable, understand which parts need improvement, and investigate problems. It is not used for targeted advertising or sold to data brokers.

Subscriptions

Apple processes purchases and associates them with your Apple Account. The app reads verified StoreKit transaction and subscription status so it can provide access, restore purchases, and show renewal or expiration information. Scroll Fix does not receive your payment-card details.

Instagram and YouTube

When you open Instagram or YouTube in Scroll Fix, your device connects directly to those services. Meta and Google may process your account, content, and usage information under the Meta Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy. Scroll Fix does not control their data practices.

Notifications and feedback

Notifications are optional and are scheduled through Apple’s notification system after you grant permission. Feedback drafts stay in the app until you choose to copy them or send them with Mail. Nothing is sent automatically. If you send feedback, the information you include and your email address may be used to respond and resolve the issue.

This website

The website may use basic traffic and performance measurement to operate and improve Scroll Fix. Its hosting provider, measurement providers, and Google Fonts may receive standard request information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the requested page, to deliver, secure, and measure the site. Your choices

You can change notification permission in iPhone Settings, reset time-saved information in the app, clear each service’s local website data, and manage your subscription through your Apple Account. Deleting the app removes its locally stored app data from that device. Account information held by Instagram, YouTube, or Apple must be managed with the applicable service.

Retention and deletion

Local information remains on your device until you reset it or delete the app. Diagnostic and product-telemetry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to operate, improve, and secure Scroll Fix. If you send feedback, it may be retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, keep support records, or meet legal obligations.

Sale and tracking

Scroll Fix does not sell your personal information and does not use your information for cross-app or cross-site advertising tracking.

Children

Scroll Fix is not directed to children under the age of 13.
