End User License Agreement
Last updated September 26, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and Shayaan Jagtap, the developer of ScrollFix (“Developer,” “we,” or “us”), and governs your use of the ScrollFix iPhone application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.
1. Parties
This Agreement is concluded between you and the Developer only, and not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
2. License
The App is licensed, not sold. The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set out in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
3. Restrictions
You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App; copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except as expressly permitted by applicable law; modify or create derivative works of the App; or remove any proprietary notices. You may not use the App in violation of any law or of the terms of any third-party service it displays.
4. Subscription
Use of the App requires an active auto-renewable subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. Prices, billing periods, and any free trial or introductory offer are shown in the App before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple Account settings. Payment, renewal, and refunds are handled by Apple. Further subscription terms are set out in the Terms of Use.
5. Third-party services
The App displays websites operated by third parties, including Instagram (Meta Platforms, Inc.) and YouTube (Google LLC), and changes how their pages appear on your device. You must comply with the terms of those services when using them through the App. The Developer is not affiliated with those companies and does not control their services, content, or availability.
6. Maintenance and support
The Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the App, as described at scrollfixapp.com/support or as required by applicable law. You and the Developer acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.
7. Warranty
The Developer is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the Developer’s sole responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” and the Developer disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Because third-party services change their websites without notice, the Developer does not warrant that every filter will work at all times.
8. Product claims
You and the Developer acknowledge that the Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and use of the App, including (a) product liability claims; (b) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (c) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
9. Intellectual property
In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
10. Legal compliance
You represent and warrant that (a) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (b) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App. The Developer’s total liability under this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
12. Privacy
The App’s handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under it end automatically if you fail to comply with it. On termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies of it. Sections 7 through 11, 14, and 15 survive termination.
14. Third-party beneficiary
You and the Developer acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that, upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
15. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the laws of your country of residence require otherwise.
16. Changes
The Developer may update this Agreement from time to time. When it does, the revised Agreement will be posted on this page with an updated date.
17. Contact
Questions, complaints, or claims regarding the App can be directed to the Developer at support@scrollfixapp.com.
