These terms explain the rules for using Scroll Fix, an iPhone app that provides focused access to Instagram and YouTube. By using the app or this website, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Scroll Fix. If you are a minor where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the app. Scroll Fix is not directed to children under 13.

Using Scroll Fix

You may use Scroll Fix for personal, lawful use. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to access systems without permission, or use it to harm other people. Your use of Instagram and YouTube must also follow those services’ terms and policies.

Privacy and telemetry

Our Privacy Policy explains how Scroll Fix handles information, including limited diagnostics and product telemetry used to operate and improve the app and website.

Trial and subscription

An eligible subscription may include a seven-day free trial when shown before purchase. Unless you cancel before the trial or current billing period ends, the subscription renews automatically through your Apple Account at the price and interval displayed by Apple. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s policies and applicable law.

Third-party services

Scroll Fix displays websites and content operated by third parties, including Instagram and YouTube. Those services control their accounts, content, availability, and data practices. Scroll Fix is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Instagram, Meta, YouTube, or Google.

Filtering and availability

Scroll Fix is designed to remove or limit certain short-form content surfaces. Third-party services can change without notice, so filtering may occasionally be incomplete or temporarily unavailable. We may pause access to an affected service while compatibility is restored.

Our content

The Scroll Fix app, website, branding, and original materials belong to the developer of Scroll Fix or its licensors. Third-party names, logos, content, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Scroll Fix materials without permission.

Changes and availability

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Scroll Fix from time to time. We may also update these terms. If a change is important, we will post the updated version here.

Disclaimer

Scroll Fix is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every third-party change, or available on every device.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer of Scroll Fix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
