Apple manages App Store billing and refunds. You can manage a subscription or request a refund through Apple.

Get started

ScrollFix opens Instagram and YouTube in an in-app browser. To use its filters, open the service inside ScrollFix. Installing the app does not remove feeds from the original Instagram or YouTube apps.

  1. Install ScrollFix from the App Store on a compatible iPhone.
  2. Review the subscription and trial offer before confirming a purchase.
  3. Open Instagram or YouTube within ScrollFix and sign in on the service’s own page if you need account features.
  4. Choose the supported filters you want, then check your usual messaging or video workflow.

See How ScrollFix works for features, pricing, and limitations, or browse our practical guides.

Compatibility and filters

The current listing requires iOS 18.0 or later and is designed for iPhone. Check the App Store for current requirements. Instagram and YouTube can change their pages, which may affect filtering or other features.

Filters apply to the browsing experience inside ScrollFix. They are not an account-wide restriction across other apps or devices. For the distinction between feed filtering and app limits, read Can Screen Time block only Reels or Shorts?

Subscriptions, trials, and restores

An active subscription is required. Prices, billing periods, and any trial are shown before purchase. Apple manages payment and renewal. Deleting the app does not itself cancel a subscription: use Apple’s cancellation instructions.

If a subscription is not recognized, check that you are using the Apple Account associated with the purchase and use the app’s restore-purchases option where offered. If access is still missing, email support with the app version and a description of what happened. Do not send payment details or passwords.

Login and privacy

You do not create a ScrollFix account. Sign-in happens on Instagram’s and YouTube’s own pages, with website data stored locally by WebKit. Those services still process your activity under their policies. Read Privacy for local storage, subscription providers, and website analytics.

Use the service’s own sign-out option to sign out. Never send support your password, sign-in cookie, verification code, or private messages.

A filter or feature is not working

  1. Confirm you are using the service inside ScrollFix.
  2. Check that the relevant filter is enabled, and check the App Store for updates.
  3. Note whether the problem affects one service, one page, or all browsing.
  4. Contact support with your iOS version, ScrollFix version, affected feature, and steps to reproduce. Remove personal information from any screenshot you choose to attach.

Filters depend on third-party pages and may need adjustment after a service update. See our editorial and corrections policy, press resources, or scrolling-time calculator.
